Most items can be returned within 30 days of delivery. Items must be in original condition with tags and packaging intact.
Go to your Orders page, select the order, and click "Return Item". Follow the prompts to print a return label and schedule a pickup or drop-off.
Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days after we receive the returned item. The refund will be credited to your original payment method.
Perishable goods, personal care items, underwear, custom-made products, and digital downloads cannot be returned. Gift cards are non-refundable.
If you received a damaged or defective item, contact us within 48 hours. We'll arrange a free return and full refund or replacement.
